Bought a Navara they said they had just done the head and timing chain. 10 days later bang . The mechanic didn’t do up the bleeder screw on the tension pulley. Catastrophic damage occurred. On further inspection they didn’t even do up steering cross member. Imagine if that let go while I was driving down the freeway with my family. They refused to pay , don’t return calls and the yard manager seems to find it all amusing. Owner is never available to talk. All up $9500 of damage. Stay away at all cost

One Stop Motors is now out of business. I know because I work in the same complex as they did. Their phone numbers are now disconnected, their website is offline, and the owner had an eviction notice posted on the businesses front door, which I seen with my own eyes. The whole company is a complete scam and has been ever since they started. I do sincerely apologize for anyone who lost money to this company, but I wanted to let you all know what has transpired. I noticed one day that all of their employees were kicked out of the office and were fired. They severely mistreated their employees, making them pay a percentage of what they made back to him, and they worked 40 hours a week on 1099. Supposedly the owner has disappeared and has/had plans to reopen a similar business with a new name. TO the best of my knowledge, they were shut down around May-June 2014. The BB has also listed them as no longer in business.

That's the best news I've heard in seven years. Just another consumer nightmare.

Hopefully Wyndham Resorts is next. This Giant has been swindling from the American Public for years and blatantly getting away with it. It's been discovered this filth has been preying on our elderly citizens to stuff their pockets while promising value and memories, leaving most severly financially damaged.

Damages ranging from $10K to 100K. This is life changing money!

What happened? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

GREAT STORY! GREAT salesmen! took my $500.00 US car was not advertised anywhere! will not return calls or email after. sent the case to the Attorney General's office I was contacted by “One Stop Motors.com after listing my car for sale a Free For Sale website (evidently THEY own the website! This is how they get their leads!) They had a great story about how they would sell my car within 30 days and that only certain cars are suitable for the program, mine being a Porsche, was one of them. They said they “sell 16,000 vehicles per year through their system which is backed by a video they have of a race car driver’s testimony. For $500.00 (US) my car was to be advertised on “hundreds of websites” for as long at it needed to be advertised until, I say “stop” or until it it sold whichever occurs first. They would also put the car on Ebay for 30 days They handle all the calls and present all offers to me, I wouldn't have to take a call from anyone but them! Because they are a “finance company” they can finance the car for a buyer and pretty much anyone is approved. If they need a warranty, (mechanical or cosmetic) they can add that into the finance costs. Need shipping? No problem! They wrap that into the financing too and all the buyer has to worry about is 10% down! I couldn't find anything wrong with the program but never jumped at it either. But they were persistent, calling me every day, sometimes several times a day. It was a fantastic story! Finally I gave them my credit card number over the phone and they charged 500.00 US to it immediately! After this their calls to me stopped. After a few months I asked them to show me where my car was advertised. They sent me a link of pages it was supposedly on but my car was not listed on any of the pages on the link. Today that link is totally dead and my login will not work either. I emailed the company about the link they sent me, without my car advertised. There was no response.. emailed my contact again and again, no response. Then I Googled “One Stop Motors” and see that there are many complaints against the company and that they are listed on Scam.com http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?s=e977a337ec8c9b4b95345d8a90cf4a42&t=119903&page=2 and “RipOffReport” http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/directory/one-stop-motors any many other websites.. I wish I would have done this first. I hope this helps others.

One Stop Motors Is A Rip Off! I Threw $500 Away!

Was contacted by these scammers after they saw an on line ad that was running in conjunction with a print ad I purchased with the local newspaper. They assured me if I purchased their $500 platinum advertising package that I could get thousands more for my SUV and it would be sold in a matter of days. They promised my ad would be on hundreds... of web sites and links they interact with to find you a buyer. What a rip off. Never heard of most of the web sites and the few that were up were removed from the ad campaign after a short time. When I searched for my ad, most of the time it was no where to be found. Most of he links wouldn't even open when I clicked on them and if they did open my ad wasn't listed. Customer service never contacted me once with an inquiry and when I contacted them, all they said was that I should lower the price. I lowered the price four times for a total of six thousands dollars and still never got one inquiry. I can't even log in to my account. I had to go through a 45 minute chat session before I could log in on onestopboats instead of onestopmotors. It's been over 10 weeks and still no inquiries. This 2010 SUV is in immaculate condition with only 22000 miles and thousands below the Kelly Blue Book price I hope the people who read this take my advice and decline to buy into onestopmotors advertising program and save their $500. If not, GOOD LUCK!

LUPE JUST CALLED!!

Hey everyone my name is Jamie, I'm from Ottawa and I just received a call from Lupe at one stop motors. She told me that my F150 currently on auto trader was priced too low and she could sell it within 3 weeks at a higher price. I was sitting at my computer when she called so I did some research while I was talking to her and came across all these complaints. I told her she has many complaints and her response was that their competitors post fake complaints. She directed me to her website and said if you look there, this is our building. She said we own the whole building. So I typed it in Google maps and came across the building but it was missing the ONE STOP MOTORS name on it..... it says WARRANTY USA.. the picture is different.. Kinda weird so I told her I was skeptical so I would do my research and call her back. I'm happy I did. I believe this to be a scam.

Hello Jamie,

I am a former OSM employee and I can tell you while they do operate out of that building, it does not have their name physically anywhere on it, the entire downstairs other than the lobby is empty, and that 99% of the complaints against them are real.

Feel free to follow my page on Facebook if you want to know more about, or ask questions about, OSM and their business practices.

I would report this to the police. This is a scam and you should gather up the evidence and let the authorities know what happen. Good luck and I hope all goes well.

Be very careful when buying a car from First Stop Motors, Kenwick / Maddington WA as I was not and am now suffering the consquences. I won't go into the finer details of my experience as i don't usually leave these feedbacks.

However, since my bad experience, it may be in your best interest to get the potential car looked over by a professional mechanic before signing any contracts. Ask as many questions as possible even though it may annoy the salesman. Query the warranty, if it's refundable, what it really covers and is it really worth it. Ag ain, I did not follow through on these and am now liable to pay a professional mechanic $9000 to fix the faults that weren't noticeable when test driving the car.

Since this may not be worth it, as a trade in, I was offered half the price of what i initially paid for the car and am now stuck with a 70% shortfall on the loan. -- Query the loan options too and if exiting the loan early will reduce the payout figure.

Sadly this car was only purchased 1 month ago in April 2017 from FIRST STOP MOTORS and I don't think I will be going back there again.

Craigslist Poaching Bastards

I listed my car for sale by owner on Craigslist and specifically said that "I don't need help selling it, please do not ask". Next thing I know, these Las Vegas *** put me on an auto dialer and call twice a day asking me to list my car with them. when I called up and asked to speak to a manager to complain, they hung up on me. the irony is, I sold my car after 4 days on Craigslist. I would never do business with people like this. They can't even read, and have no regard for people's request for privacy.

Funny this happen to me with my motorcycle listing. These *** have called me 4 times in 24 hours and everytime i ask for a manager they hang up!

John N Mzy

Ran into the same thing when selling my son's car. There are companies that scan these lists and then call you in the hope you will list with them, and pay a fee/commission to them.

Don't ever trust these people and do NOT give out any info to them.

Best thing to do is just not answer the phone and let it go to voice mail. Then you can just delete them.

Won't stop calling our houise

These *** bags call our house EVERYDAY at 8:50 pm. We have told them MULTIPLE TIMES to stop calling. They keep calling with an automated dialer. When we stay on the line to tell them that we are filing a FCC complaint, you have to wait on the line for over fifteen minutes! We are on the Do Not Call list and they only way they have our phone number is by poaching either Craig's List, Cars.com or Carsforsale.com. These *** bags need to get a life - We would never use them to sell a car! STOP CALLING!!!

One Stop because they Stop as soon as they get your credit card number!

This is the worst online vehicle advertising company you could ever possibly use. You might as well take a sharpie and write your ad on your ***, cause that's how many people are gonna see your ad. They are professionals at One thing only...ripping people off. They are pros at ripping off honest, hardworking Americans from $500. They were so professional on the phone that one of their customer "service" reps told me to "*** off" and told me to "Suck a ***, ***!" (I'm a dude!!!) when I asked for a refund. They only posted my ad for 30 minutes a day ONLY after I called to complain that my ad, which I was doing a great job of maintaining, was not popping up when I searched for it on 6 different computers and all three browsers. (MF, GC and WE) I complained to the BBB three times and I'm calling the Nevada Attorney General this week. I will not "One Stop" writing bad reviews and pestering this "business" until this *** "business" is out of business or I get my refund back! from the "Lack of Customer Service" worthless beings that rip people off their.

Used boat sales and marketing

On Wed, 27 Feb 2013 11:23:19 -0800 (PST) customersupport@***.com wrote:You guys are a joke. You don't know your butt from *** in the ground about selling boats or the various regional markets. What you do best is feed prospective customers BS and convince them you have a real marketing program, which you don't. I was a fool to spend 500 bucks on your stupid worthless effort to sell my boat. Not a single inquiry, nothing, and you never did get the pictures right despite 3 phone calls. Upside down pictures? You will see me on the sites that talk about what a giant rip off you guys are. Also another better business complaint to add to your list. I sold the boat myself, so leave it on your stupid list of boats for sale or take it off. How about a refund? That's a joke, after reading all the other complaints about you. In short, you guys are liars and cheats, misrepresent your marketing abilities and you suck, big time. Send me a check.

ONE STOP MOTORS IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM

ON 2/12/2013, I WAS CONTACTED BY ONE STOP MOTORS WHO HAD TO HAVE GOTTEN MY AD OF CRAIGSLIST TO SELL MY 2003 CHEVY SILVERADO. THEY SOUNDED LEGIT AND HAD ALL THESE PROMISES OF SELLING MY VEHICLE, LOTS ADVERTISEMENT ON SEVERAL SITES, AND EVEN FINANCING FOR THE BUYER. THEY EVEN HAD ME PULL UP THEIR WEBSITE WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE(FIRST CLUE) BECAUSE I SOUNDED SKEPTICAL. I PAID THE MONEY TO A "THIRD PARTY" IN A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT AND TAPED TO VERIFY EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED AND I UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS. WITHIN A WEEK OR SO I HAD QUESTIONS BECAUSE I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SENT A USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. THE SUPPOSED "SALES PERSON" WHO I HAD SPOKEN WITH "COREY" HAD GIVEN ME HIS CELL NUMBER. I TRIED CALLING THE COMPANY AND ALWAYS GOT ARECORDING NO MATTER WHAT TIME I CALLED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DURING "THEIR BUSINESS HOURS" AND EVEN CALLED COREY'S NUMBER AND GOT NO ANSWER. AFTER ABOUT A WEEK, I CONTACTED MY BANKS CLAIMS DPT TO FILE A CLAIM FOR LOSS MONEY DUE TO A SCAM. THE 199 WAS REPLACED AND AN "INVESTIGATION" STARTED. TODAY 5/13/13, I RECEIVED A RESOLUTION DISPUTE LETTER FROM MY BANK STATING THAT ONE STOP MOTORS HAD SENT DOCUMENTATION SUPPORTING THEIR CLAIM THAT THEY HAD PROVIDED SERVICES. IF THE BANK HAD REALLY READ THE INFORMATION, THEY WOULD SEE THAT MY "ACCOUNT" FOR ONE STOP MOTORS HAD BEEN CREATED ON 2/28/2013 STATING THAT I WAS EVEN SENT A WELCOME PACKET AT THAT TIME. THIS WAS "ACCOUNT" WAS ONLY CREATED AFTER I HAD FILED A CLAIM WITH MY BANK ON 2/19/2013 AND THEY HAD PROBABLY BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM ALSO. WITH THE LETTER FROM THE BANK I RECEIVED ALL THE "DOCUMENTAION". THEY ALSO OUTRIGHT LIED ON ME AND SAID I CALLED THEM ON 4/12/2013 ABOUT MY ACCOUNT AND IT WAS REVIEWED WITH ME AND THAT I WAS TOLD I HAD RECEIVED 43 HITS THIS "DOCUMENTATION WAS PRINTED OUT ON 4/13/2013 AS IT IS DATED. WHY WOULD I BE CALLING THEM WHEN I SOLD MY TRUCK ON MY OWN TO AN INDIVIDUAL BUYER AT THE END OF 2/2013???????? NOW MY BANK IS GOING WITHDRAW THE 199 FROM MY ACCOUNT BASED ON DOCUMENTATION RECEIVED. I COULD DISPUTE IT, NUT I DONT HAVE THE TIME OR PATIENCE. I JUST WISH I HAD SEEN THIS SITE BEFORE GETTING INVOLED WITH THEM.

RIPPED OFF

RIPPED OFF..Pd $499.00 got nothing for it. PROMISES,PROMISES Said it would sell within 3mos, NOT! I provided pictures of my 1988 35th Anniversary Corvette which is production number 0013 out of 2000 and a survivor car. Now I can't find their site. A lot of promises but no follow through. I called several times and did talk to a person but I still have my vehicle and it has been a year and I don't know if they are still in business, haven't heard from them but they got their money so they seem to have vanished.
